I will empower you to create a SMART goal, emphasizing the importance of consistency for long-term success. By uncovering your intrinsic motivation, I will guide you towards a healthier future that lasts. Join me in this 4-week course to transform your commitment into lasting results! Important Details: The group will meet once a week for 4 weeks, virtually. I will have six available times each week for you to join. Tuesday, Wednesday, or Saturday at 9:00am or 6:00pm. You only have to commit to one session a week. This way you have the flexibility and won't miss out. Once you sign up I will email you the course outline.
