What is Health & Wellness Coaching?

Health and wellness coaching is a client-centered approach to making lasting habits.


Coaches aid in the progress of achieving new goals, no matter their size. The coach will listen and present a nonjudgmental environment for the client to feel heard and understood.


A coach and client relationship typically lasts 6 months meeting once or twice every two weeks. Sessions typically last between 30 and 60 minutes.


The first one or two sessions will be dedicated getting to know each other and setting a foundation for the client to express their goals. Subsequent session will focus on achieving and progressing towards these goals.




There are six main topics the client and coach will break down to better understand and choose goals. These main topics include:

  • financial health

  • physical health

  • emotional health

  • mental health

  • environmental health

  • spiritual health
